Have you guys discovered Pioneer Woman? She is a homeschooling, gourmet-cooking, baby-calf feeding, gorgeous picture-taking mom of four living on a ranch in Oklahoma. She takes seriously beautiful pictures. Like this one:

In addition to being a great photographer, she has some spectacular recipes on her site. There are a ton that I want to try, but the first one of hers that we tried was her BBQ meatballs … uuuummmmm …. This is not a gourmet recipe, but it is pretty quick and easy and great for kids and dads! And we loved it – gobbled it right up! (we modified her recipe just a touch – doubled the sugar in the sauce and used brown sugar instead of plain white. We like it sweet.)
(I’ve decided that food photography is an art form that I have not mastered. That does not look all that appetizing – but it was really great. Just take my word for it – yummmmmm …)
